Senior Accountant

Salary: $80-90k + discretionary bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:

• Prepare and post journal entries and supporting documentation
• Own assigned areas of the monthly and quarterly close
• Perform detailed account reconciliations (cash, loans, deposits, investments)
• Support quarterly and annual financial statement preparation
• Perform variance analysis and support ad hoc financial reporting
• Assist with internal controls and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong foundation in accounting principles and financial reporting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
