BlueGrace is seeking a Staff Accountant to join the Accounting team in Florida. The role focuses on accurate GL entries, month-end close, and reconciliations under U.S. GAAP, reporting to the Accounting Supervisor.

You will work with Certinia/FinancialForce or NetSuite, supporting cross-entity reporting and internal controls in a PE-backed setting. This mid-level position emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration within the finance function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 2 years of accounting experience.
• Foundational knowledge of U.S. GAAP and close processes.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP/accounting systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and record standard journal entries for recurring transactions.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and resolve items promptly.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close tasks and reporting.
• Support AP and AR functions as needed.
• Maintain supporting schedules and audit-ready documentation.
