Alliance Resource Group is seeking a Senior Accountant in Vernon, CA for a hybrid role (three days onsite weekly). The base salary ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 with 5% bonus eligibility.

The role offers hands-on ownership of multiple close areas, audit exposure and opportunities to improve accounting processes. You’ll work with an experienced leadership team, handle close activities, journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analyses, and partner with other departments to drive

Competenze

• 4–6 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Hands-on ownership of multiple close areas including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Experience in consumer products or e-commerce; NetSuite experience required.
• CPA or progress toward CPA preferred; multi-entity/multi-currency experience would be advantageous.

Mansioni

• Own monthly, quarterly and annual close activities.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, roll-forwards and variance analyses.
• Support accounting for revenue, leases, accruals, prepaid expenses and fixed assets.
• Prepare audit-ready workpapers and work with external auditors.
• Investigate unusual transactions and discrepancies.
• Use NetSuite to research GL activity, run reports and analyze data.
• Partner with other departments to resolve accounting issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve close efficiency, documentation and controls.
