Job summary

Reformation is seeking a Senior Accountant to own the monthly close, financial reporting, and audit support from our Vernon HQ. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, process improvements, and ensuring audit-ready documentation.

You will manage revenue, lease accounting, and expense areas, using NetSuite and Excel to analyze data and report findings. Hybrid schedule with on-site 4 days/week.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in consumer products or ecommerce is required.
• CPA preferred or pursuing CPA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities including journals and reconciliations.
• Own revenue, lease accounting, accrued expenses, and PP&E areas.
• Prepare audit-ready workpapers and coordinate with external auditors.
• Investigate discrepancies and drive issues to resolution.
• Use NetSuite to research transactions and run reports.
• Analyze large data sets to identify trends and anomalies.
