Job summary

MaziCTools is looking for an Accounting Manager to join their global finance team in the United States. This role involves overseeing quarterly SEC filings, managing payroll submissions, and ensuring compliance with US GAAP standards.

The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a publicly traded company. A CPA certification is strongly preferred, along with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience, preferably with a publicly traded company.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) strongly preferred.
• Experience in multi-currency accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual SEC filings.
• Supervise payroll team and approve payroll submissions.
• Manage supporting schedules for SEC filings.
• Assist in financial audits and maintain SOX documentation.
