Job summary

Montera Infrastructure seeks a hands-on accounting leader with CPA credentials and 5+ years of experience in capital-intensive environments. You will own month-end close, PTP/OTC processes, and project capitalization, while partnering with development teams on funding and CIP.

The role includes ERP implementation, detailed financial reporting, and close collaboration with leadership. Remote-first culture with a compensation package and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA and 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
• Strong GAAP technical accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Experience with journal entries, month-end close, and reconciliations.
• Experience in PTP/OTC and cash management.
• ERP implementation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own close calendar: month, quarter, year end deadlines.
• Prepare journal entries and lead reconciliations.
• Track project funding, capitalization, and CIP.
• Support ERP implementation from requirements to data migration.
• Prepare monthly financial statements for leadership and investors.
• Provide proactive updates to Controller and CFO.
