Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work under time constraints with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer invoices and support client needs with Program Managers.
• Assist with month-end close, journal entries and reconciliations.
• Assist with inventory procurement, management, and allocation.
• Adapt to changing responsibilities and priorities in evolving scope.
• Support ERP system evaluation and implementation and geographic expansion.
• Create tools and processes to improve private and public resources.
• Become SME on carbon accounting within aviation.
• Provide vendor and customer management oversight.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
