Job summary

Jobot in Bristol, RI is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Accounting and Finance team. You will manage the general ledger, perform bank reconciliations and cash‑flow analysis, and help prepare the annual budget and forecasts.

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years in accounting with strong GAAP knowledge, Excel proficiency, and ERP experience. A Master’s or CPA is a plus. We offer 401(k) matching, health insurance, PTO, bonus opportunities and a great culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum 5 years’ accounting experience.
• GAAP knowledge required.
• MBA/CPA considered a plus.
• ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the general ledger.
• Perform bank reconciliations accurately.
• Manage cash flow and prepare cash flow statements.
• Develop and prepare the annual budget with department heads.
• Forecast financial trends and assist in planning.
• Coordinate with external auditors for audits.
