Job summary

Riverside Medical Clinic, a Universal Health Services (UHS) subsidiary, seeks a Senior Accountant to join our finance team in Riverside, California. The role supports monthly close, financial reporting, intercompany reconciliations, and audit schedules.

Responsibilities include producing board reports, managing reconciliations, and coordinating internal audits. A Bachelor's degree and five years of accounting experience, plus strong Excel skills, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in an applicable field is required.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in accounting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets (Vlookup, Pivot Tables).
• Heavy balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations as well as prepared by client audit schedules as well as bank reconciliations.
• Internal management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Produce the monthly Board of Directors Meeting Report.
• Manage Intercompany and all other Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
• Review and lead clearing of reconciling items timely.
• Prepare annual audit schedules.
• Prepare monthly internal board reports.
