Job summary

Riverside Medical Clinic is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our finance team. You will perform professional accounting functions, prepare financial reports, assist with year-end close, and support internal audits in a multi-specialty medical setting.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in accounting and at least five years of accounting experience, with advanced Excel skills and strong reconciliation capabilities to support audit schedules and management reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting or related field required; minimum five years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Experience preparing audit schedules and internal management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly Board of Directors meeting report.
• Manage intercompany and other balance sheet reconciliations.
• Lead timely clearing of reconciling items and prepare annual audit schedules.
• Prepare monthly internal board reports.
