Ready Restrooms is seeking a Senior Accountant to own our billing practice and become the in-house expert on ServiceCore and its QuickBooks Online integration. The role also covers multi-state sales/use tax, fixed assets, A/P, accruals, and month-end reconciliations.

You'll work across Operations, Sales, and Customer Service, find unbilled revenue, fix root issues, and build scalable processes as we expand across Iowa, Kansas City, and Oklahoma.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's in Accounting; CPA or CPA-track preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience, ideally as a public accounting Senior or in full-cycle accounting at a multi-location operating business.
• Systems-minded with strong Excel skills; QuickBooks Online and ServiceCore experience are a plus.
• Hands-on, operations-focused environment.

Are you an accountant who enjoys digging into a billing problem until it's actually fixed?

Ready Restrooms is growing across Iowa, Kansas City, and Oklahoma, and we're adding a Senior Accountant to our finance team. This is not a role where you just close the books. About half of it is owning our complex customer billing and becoming our in-house expert on ServiceCore and its QuickBooks Online integration. The rest covers multi-state sales and use tax, fixed assets, A/P, accruals, and month-end reconciliations.

What makes this role different:

• You'll handle the interesting billing work, such as contract sites, restroom trailers, large events, and multi-location accounts. Routine invoicing stays with our A/R team.
• Your work matters right away. You'll find unbilled revenue, fix system issues at their root, and build processes that scale as we open new branches.
• You'll get real exposure across the business, working directly with Operations, Sales, and Customer Service.
• There's room to grow into broader accounting leadership as the company expands.

Who we're looking for:

• Bachelor's in Accounting; CPA or CPA-track preferred
• About 3–5 years of experience, ideally as a public accounting Senior or in full-cycle accounting at a multi-location operating business (service, construction, rental, logistics)
• Someone systems-minded who learns software deeply, with strong Excel skills; QuickBooks Online and ServiceCore experience are a plus
• Someone comfortable in a hands-on, operations-focused environment
