Eurofins USA Consumer Product Testing is seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and cash application. You’ll supervise two staff accountants and drive accuracy, timeliness, and process improvements across Eurofins entities.

Responsibilities include vendor setup, invoice review, and resolving discrepancies, with a focus on customer balances and timely payments. Requires 3–5 years of accounting experience and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience including AP/AR, billing and general accounting.
• Experience with Coupa or similar procurement/AP systems preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to reconcile accounting data.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Accounts Payable and Vendor Management using Coupa.
• Manage Accounts Receivable, billing, and customer invoicing.
• Apply cash receipts and monitor AR aging to reduce unapplied cash.
• Collaborate with internal teams and other Eurofins entities on transactions.
• Support audit readiness and process improvements in accounting.
