Job summary

Eurofins USA Consumer Product Testing is seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee AP, AR, and billing operations. You will manage invoices in Coupa, maintain accurate customer balances, and support cash applications while guiding two staff accountants.

You will collaborate with internal teams, ensure timely processing, and help drive overall efficiency in the accounting function. A strong background in general accounting and attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, including AP, AR, billing and general accounting.
• Experience with Coupa or similar procurement/AP systems preferred.
• Strong MS Excel skills and ability to analyze accounting data.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review AP invoices through Coupa to ensure timely processing.
• Create purchase requisitions and obtain PO numbers prior to invoice processing.
• Review invoices for supporting documentation, coding, and PO information.
• Process customer billing and ensure accurate pricing and accounting codes.
• Apply daily customer payments to AR and investigate unapplied cash.
• Assist in resolving payment and billing discrepancies with customers.
