Job summary

Eurofins USA Consumer Product Testing in Norwood, MA is seeking a Senior Accountant to support and oversee key accounting operations, including AP, AR, customer billing, cash application, vendor and customer setup, and related activities. This role works with internal teams and Eurofins entities to ensure accurate, timely processing in line with policies.

The Senior Accountant also provides day-to-day supervision to two Staff Accountants, maintains customer balances, resolves payment issues, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, incl. AP/AR and billing.
• Experience with Coupa or similar procurement/AP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable & Vendor Management: process invoices, PO/matching, vendor setup.
• Customer Billing & Accounts Receivable: prepare invoices, ensure accuracy, onboarding.
• Cash Application & AR Management: apply payments, monitor AR aging, resolve discrepancies.
