Job summary

Eurofins USA Consumer Product Testing in Norwood, MA, is seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee core accounting operations, including AP, AR, billing, and cash application. The role collaborates with internal teams and other Eurofins entities to ensure timely and accurate processing.

You will supervise two Staff Accountants, manage vendor setup in Coupa, review invoices, and maintain customer balances while resolving payment issues and improving processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, including AP, AR, billing and general accounting.
• Experience with Coupa or similar procurement/AP systems preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to reconcile accounting data.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and deadline management.
• Ability to work with customers and multiple internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable & Vendor Management: manage AP invoices, create PO numbers, verify documentation and coding.
• Customer Billing & Accounts Receivable: prepare invoices, ensure accuracy and pricing, onboard new customers.
• Cash Application & AR Management: apply payments, monitor AR aging, resolve unapplied/mismatched payments and disputes.
