  • Deliver regular reporting to Finance leadership, including account‑level analysis, variance explanations, and open‑item tracking
  • Prepare and present complex accounting information to the accounting team and cross‑functionally to non‑finance stakeholders
  • Partner with FP&A on forecast-to-actual variance analysis and reporting cadence
  • Serve as a key internal resource for ERP system usage within the accounting function, supporting configuration questions, workflow issues, and user troubleshooting
  • Identify, design, and implement process improvements that increase close efficiency, reduce manual effort, and strengthen controls
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for core close and reconciliation workflows
  • Support ERP integration efforts, system migrations, and business combination activities that impact the accounting function
  • Help lead the year‑end group audit process, serving as one of the primary contacts for auditor requests related to close and reconciliation activity
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, close policies, and audit requirements
  • Prepare account reconciliations in accordance with policy, with supporting documentation completed and reviewed regularly throughout the month
  • Maintain documentation supporting internal control requirements as applicable
  • Partner cross‑functionally with FP&A, Treasury, Operations, and IT to align accounting operations with broader business objectives
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Controller on ad hoc management reports, projects, and policy development as they arise
