Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Accountant to own key general accounting activities, month-end close, reconciliations, and audit support.

The role partners with the Accounting Manager to ensure accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls. The Senior Accountant will perform journal entries, account reconciliations, and income statement analysis, while supporting treasury tasks, AP processes, and process improvements leveraging AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• 4+ years related work experience; public accounting preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• CPA highly desired.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and CPM/reporting tools; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Accounting Manager to meet department and company close deadlines.
• Prepare and maintain journal entries and reconciliations with documentation.
• Perform monthly income statement analysis and communicate variances to management.
• Support treasury activities including bank account administration and payments.
