Job summary

Feeser's Food Distributors in Harrisburg, PA seeks a seasoned accounting professional to join our finance team. You will oversee ledgers, month-end close, and GAAP compliance while using Oracle Fusion and AI/RPA to streamline workflows and improve accuracy.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting, 5+ years in accounting/audit, ERP experience, and CPA (preferred). You will partner with leaders across the business to drive reliable reporting and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
• 5+ years professional experience in accounting, auditing, or tax (required)
• Experience with ERP systems (preferred)
• CPA license or active licensure (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems for GAAP compliance.
• Utilize Oracle Fusion to streamline reconciliations and journal entries
• Assist in month-end close and ensuring timely updates for changes
• Assist with AI and RPA to optimize processing cycles across key accounting areas
• Lead fixed asset process including depreciation calculations and reconciliations
• Support tax planning for Feeser's entities
• Administer vendor rebate management and related reporting
