Job summary

Associated Materials Innovations is seeking a Senior Accountant to support month-end close, ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, and strengthen internal controls within a modern finance platform. You will work hands-on with Oracle R12 and Oracle EPM, leveraging data analytics and AI-enabled tools to shorten close cycles and improve data quality at the source.

The role collaborates with the commercial FP&A team on special analyses, requiring strong analytical and time-management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• 3+ years of financial accounting experience, preferably in multi-entity environments.
• CPA designation preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries (standard, reclassifications, accruals, intercompany).
• Complete and review account reconciliations for balance sheet and income statement.
• Automate recurring accounting and reporting in Oracle EPM and related tools.
• Ensure data quality by validating source systems and mapping to the general ledger.
• Analyze transaction-level detail from subledgers and provide auditable analyses.
