Confidential Employer is seeking an experienced accountant to own daily accounting operations and lead the shift from QuickBooks to Acumatica. You will oversee AP/AR/GL, invoicing, and journal entries, while guiding a small part-time team and collaborating with the Financial Controller to improve processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using Acumatica ERP for daily accounting activities.
• 3+ years of accounting operations experience.
• Knowledge of AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, and financial transactions.
• Ability to independently manage accounting responsibilities while collaborating with a small team.
• Bachelor's degree, CPA certification, and prior supervisory experience are not required.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, general ledger, invoicing, and journal entries.
• Serve as in-house Acumatica expert and support transition from QuickBooks to Acumatica ERP.
• Manage financial transactions involving payments, purchase orders, inventory, payroll, and expense reporting.
• Guide and support two experienced, part-time accounting team members.
• Partner with Financial Controller to streamline processes and strengthen financial reporting.
• Expand responsibilities into FP&A, budgeting, audits, and strategic financial initiatives.
