Vaco by Highspring seeks a Senior Level Accounting consultant in the Cincinnati area (45203) to join our client’s team for a minimum one-year assignment with potential extensions.

The ideal candidate will perform detailed investment accounting across asset classes, including fixed income, equities, derivatives, real estate investments, private placements, commercial mortgage loans, and alternatives, while ensuring GAAP and financial statement integrity.

Qualifications

• Insurance accounting experience required.
• GAAP, STAT, analytics, financial statements and reconciliation.
• Hands-on candidate.
• CPA a plus.
• Ability to commute to office in Cincinnati - remote options available.
• Salary commensurate with experience.

Our client in the Cincinatti (45203 ) area is adding a Senior Level Accounting consultant to their team. This assignment is scheduled to be at least a year with extension possibilities. Requirements for the role

1. Insurance accounting experience a must. Investment accounting experience helpful
2. GAAP, STAT, analytics, financial statements and reconciliation a must.
3. Someone who has been hands-on
4. CPA a plus.
5. Ability to commute to office in Cincinatti - remote options also available
6. Salary to commensurate with experience
