LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker+Lynch) is partnering with a growing, privately held organization to hire a Senior Accountant. This role blends general ledger, month-end close, financial reporting, audit support, regulatory reporting, and systems improvement.

Responsibilities may be tailored to the candidate’s strengths and experience. The position offers the opportunity to work closely with accounting and executive leadership and to progressively assume greater responsibilities over time;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive GL accounting, financial reporting, or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and core corporate accounting principles.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with accounting or ERP systems.
• Interest in improving workflows, integrating systems, and expanding the use of accounting technology.
