Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition at FlexStaff Staffing Services

FlexStaff is hiring a Senior Account for our client, located in Woodbury, Long Island. This is a 100% on site role at their corporate office. You will handle all accounting operations, financial records and transactions. This position reports into the Assistant Controller/Controller.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Daily/monthly bank reconciliations

•Maintain fixed assets

•GL Account analysis

•Analyze period over period fluctuations and provide management with insightful commentary of variances

•Assist in the preparation of combined financial statements including Balance Sheets, Statements of Income, Statement of Changes in Stockholders’ Equity and Statements of Cash Flows

•Prepare general journal entries

•Assist with the month-end closing process

•Assist with special projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

• Minimum 4 years experience in Accounting/Public Accounting

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required, experience with SAP a plus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships
