LHH is assisting an international manufacturing company in Calumet County, Wisconsin, to fill a Senior Accountant role with a clear path toward management. The position offers a hybrid work schedule and a chance to contribute to close processes, forecasting, and system improvements.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and has 3+ years of experience in manufacturing accounting, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Controller and CFO on month/year end close procedures.
• Assist with forecasting and budgeting.
• Assist with the implementation of new accounting procedures.
• AR and AP reconciliations.
• Assist with department goal setting.
• Maintain fixed asset registers.
• Analyze and reconcile the general ledger accounts related to inventory.
• Provide support for other accounting functions when needed.
