• Associate's Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 4+ years accounting experience.
• Manufacturing or Construction experience highly preferred, but not required.
• Communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Problem solving and process improvement mindset.

Responsabilités

• Partner with President and CFO on month/year end close procedures.
• Assist with forecasting and budgeting.
• Assist with the implementation of new accounting procedures.
• AR and AP reconciliations.
• Assist with department goal setting.
• Maintain fixed asset registers.
• Analyze and reconcile the general ledger accounts related to inventory.
• Provide support for other accounting functions when needed.

Senior Accountant Job in Marinette County

A national manufacturing/construction company north of Green Bay is looking to add a new Senior Accountant to their team. This position will have high level exposure and be heavily-involved in decision making. The company is very flexible with schedules and stands by their family-feel environment in terms of hours worked. The company also plans to double in size the next few years, so there is a lot of growth potential to build out the accounting team under you and take on more of a "true Controller' mantle.
