• Generate Continuous improvements to reduce complexity and improve accuracy.
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations; clear reconciling items timely.
• Provide management with timely financial analyses, including scenarios and recommendations.
• Assist with acquisition integration and divestiture accounting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards
• Prepare entries to general ledger accounts, documenting business transactions
• Generate continuous improvement ideas to reduce complexity and improve accuracy across accounting processes
• Prepare and/or review balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring activity is accurate and reconciling items are cleared timely
• Provide management teams with accurate and timely financial analysis, including scenarios, options, and recommendations as needed
• Assist with the integration of acquisitions and the appropriate accounting treatment of divestitures
