Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activity.
• Review and approve reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close deliverables.
• Coach, train, and evaluate the performance of accounting team members.
• Support the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements.
• Assist with audit preparation, including gathering documentation and supporting schedules.
• Strengthen and maintain internal controls across day-to-day accounting processes.
• Recommend and implement improvements to accounting workflows and efficiency.
• Serve as a point of contact for cross-departmental accounting questions and issues.
