Job summary

firstPRO, Inc is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its accounting team. This hands-on role includes month-end close, financial reporting, and coordinating with FP&A, Operations, Treasury, and leadership.

Ideal candidates will have 5–7+ years of progressive accounting experience, global manufacturing exposure, and CPA or MBA preferred. Strong problem-solving and ERP experience with Syteline and Coupa are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with FP&A, Operations, Treasury, and Finance leadership.
• Identify process improvements and ERP initiatives.

Hybrid — 4 days onsite / 1 day remote

A global manufacturing organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its growing accounting team. This is a hands‑on role with significant ownership of the month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and general accounting operations.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within a global manufacturing environment, and the ability to independently manage complex accounting activities while reviewing work and supporting the broader team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and execute month-end and year-end close activities.
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Manage fixed assets, intercompany accounting, accruals, prepaids, and inventory‑related accounting.
• Support FX analysis, variance reporting, audits, and internal controls.
• Partner with FP&A, Operations, Treasury, and Finance leadership.
• Identify process improvements and support ERP workflows and accounting initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Global manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
