Job summary

firstPRO, Inc. is partnering with a growing global manufacturing organization seeking a Senior Accountant to join its accounting team in the West Chester, PA area.

This newly evolving role offers strong visibility as more accounting operations move in-house, with a focus on month‑end and year‑end close, intercompany accounting, fixed assets, and process improvements. Hybrid work arrangement described as four days onsite and one day remote.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong end-to-end month-end close experience.
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Global/multi-currency accounting experience preferred.
• CPA and/or public accounting experience preferred.
• ERP experience required; Syteline and Coupa are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own key aspects of the month-end and year-end close
• Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations
• Manage fixed assets, intercompany accounting, accruals and prepaids
• Support inventory, standard costing, PPV and revenue recognition accounting
• Prepare financial statements, account analysis and variance reporting
• Partner with FP&A, Treasury and Operations
• Support audits, internal controls and process improvements
• Assist with ERP integrations and accounting system initiatives
