Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join a nonprofit organization in the Washington, DC area. You will support month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting operations, with hands-on NetSuite experience.

The ideal candidate has nonprofit accounting experience and 3–5+ years of accounting; familiarity with grants and fund accounting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

• Strong experience with month-end close, journal entries, general ledger, reconciliations, accruals, and financial statements.
• Nonprofit, grant, or fund accounting experience strongly preferred.
• Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables and lookup formulas.
