A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to support financial reporting, internal controls, and core accounting operations. This role will collaborate closely with leadership and play a key part in streamlining accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support month-end close, AP/AR, payroll, and journal entries
• Prepare consolidated financial reports and account reconciliations
• Conduct financial analysis and assist with audit prep
• Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal policies
• Prepare weekly sales and quarterly commission reports

Must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3–5 years of accounting experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Strong GAAP knowledge and ERP system experience
• Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
