Your Day-to-Day:

• Oversee the month-end close process for 5–10 branches in the Southwest region (AZ, TX, NV)
• Handle journal entries, prepaids, accruals, and inventory accounting
• Partner with local branch teams and operational leaders to ensure financial accuracy
• Ensure internal controls and accounting procedures are followed
• Collaborate closely with peers and senior accountants on a centralized accounting team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–2+ years of general ledger accounting experience (month-end close required)
• Proficient in Excel; Oracle and OneStream experience a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills — ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with multiple stakeholders across departments
