A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Senior Accountant for a remote role within a high-growth private equity-backed SaaS company. This role offers ownership of the month-end close and a clear promotion path into an Accounting Manager position within 6 to 12 months. The ideal candidate will have a background in public accounting, strong GL experience, and a CPA is preferred. Formación

• 2 to 3+ years of accounting experience, ideally in senior roles.
• Experience in a private equity-backed or high growth company is a must.
• Strong GL and close experience essential.

Responsabilidades

• Own the month end close and general ledger.

• Support revenue recognition and lease accounting under ASC 606 and ASC 842.

Senior Accountant (Remote) | Path to Accounting Manager

We are partnering with a high growth, private equity backed SaaS company to hire a Senior Accountant for a highly visible role within the finance organization. This position offers true ownership of the close, direct exposure to the CFO, and a clear promotion path into Accounting Manager within 6 to 12 months.

What you will do

• Own the month end close and general ledger
• Prepare clean, review ready financials and reconciliations
• Support revenue recognition and lease accounting under ASC 606 and ASC 842
• Partner closely with leadership in a fast scaling environment

What we are looking for

• Big4 or large public accounting background strongly preferred
• Required mix of public and private accounting experience
• 2 to 3 plus years of experience, ideally Senior 2 or Senior 3 level
• Strong GL and close experience
• Experience in a PE backed or high growth company
• CPA preferred

Compensation
