The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 2 years of accounting experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and SAGE Accounting Software.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Spanish and/or French fluency is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead core accounting functions and manage month-end close processes.
• Analyze product pricing and develop margin-aligned structures within budget guidelines.
• Administer and track Advertising & Promotional budgets.
• Oversee inventory management and accounts payable/receivable operations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and implement improvements to accounting procedures and workflows.
• Provide general bookkeeping and accounting support as needed.
