Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls.
• Analyze financial data and investigate variances.
• Assist with audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting.
• Partner with operations and leadership to support business decisions.
