Responsibilities

• Owning key aspects of the monthly close, financial reporting packages, reconciliations, and analysis.
• Preparing journal entries, GL account analyses, and supporting schedules.
• Supporting AR billing, collections, and monthly dashboard reporting.
• Managing revenue schedules (deferred revenue, unbilled receivables) with precision.
• Applying ASC 606 revenue recognition, including contract review and accounting treatment decisions.
• Partnering with Operations on COS analysis, accruals, and margin insights.
• Monitoring cost trends, explaining variances, and improving reporting clarity.
• Supporting audits, strengthening internal controls, and driving process improvements.
