The Opportunity

The division is seeking a Senior Accountant to join the team and support its operations from the St. Louis office. This is an on-site, full-time role suited for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys working closely with both finance and operational teams. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy and compliance while contributing to the broader success of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.


• Reconcile monthly bank activity and maintain accurate account records.


• Prepare, review, and interpret financial statements.


• Support the development of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.


• Handle general ledger functions including journal entries and adjustments.


• Ensure adherence to accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.


• Provide support during internal and external audits as well as tax processes.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in accounting roles, with exposure to audits and financial reporting.


• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite; prior use of CMIC or Sage 300 is strongly preferred.


• Core Skills: Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
