  • Maintain accurate financial records and organized supporting documentation for reconciliations, payments, journal entries, audits, and other accounting activities to ensure audit‑ready compliance.
  • Partner with internal departments to ensure accurate expense coding, approvals, financial documentation, and adherence to accounting procedures and company policies.
  • Support financial reporting, audits, and special accounting projects as directed by the Director of Finance and CFO.
  • Identify process gaps, recommend corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen accounting operations, internal controls, and workflow efficiency.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience required, including strong experience in accounts payable, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting. Experience supporting complex AP operations, vendor payment management, and month‑end close activities is required. • Work‑Life Balance: Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) so you can relax, recharge, and take care of what matters most.
