Choice isn’t optional. It’s everything.

In life. In health. In how we fight for our future. But somewhere along the way, medicine forgot that. Today’s system runs on one‑size‑fits‑all answers and a cold “just take this” mentality. It’s efficient. It’s easy. It’s wrong.

  • Manage multi‑entity accounting, including intercompany transactions, eliminations, and the onboarding of new entities.
  • Produce accurate consolidated financial statements, variance analysis, and reporting packages to support budgeting and forecasting.

  • Oversee daily accounting operations, including AP/AR, payroll, and cash management.
  • Establish and maintain internal controls, policies, and audit‑ready documentation.
  • Supervise and mentor the Accounting Coordinator to build a high‑performing team.
  • Drive process improvement and system optimization, particularly within QuickBooks and related platforms.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA strongly preferred.
  • CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) or forensic accounting experience is a significant plus.
  • 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including full‑cycle close and financial statement preparation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in multi‑entity accounting, consolidations, and U.S. GAAP.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting systems like QuickBooks.
  • Proven ability to investigate financial discrepancies and perform root‑cause analysis.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience supervising accounting staff.
  • Healthcare, multi‑entity, or professional services industry experience is preferred.
