Job summary

Nemvch, located in Seneca, South Carolina, seeks a finance assistant responsible for supporting the finance department and CFO. Responsibilities

• Create and enter adjusting journal entries and miscellaneous deposits.
• Reconcile all bank accounts.
• Track donations and grants revenue and expenses.
• Track and reconcile prepaid expenses and nonpatient accounts receivable.
• Generate financial reports from the electronic health record system.
• Compile monthly financial statements.
• Produce and distribute monthly departmental financial reports.
• Assist with annual budget preparation.
• Work with CPA firm on financial audits.
• Assist with accounts payable.
• Assist in the preparation and review of 1099 forms.
• Generate production reports, invoices, and billing for shared medical providers.
• Calculate and submit quarterly sales tax returns.
• Assist department directors with budget and expense inquiries.
