Maravai LifeSciences is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Accounting team. The role independently manages general ledger accounting activities, supports the monthly close, and ensures GAAP compliance across multiple business units.
You will oversee prepaid/assets, liabilities, leases, cash and intercompany accounting, and coordinate with auditors, facilities, and tax teams. CPA certification and public company experience are required.

Your next role as a Miracle Maker
Maravai LifeSciences is seeking a #MiracleMaker to join our Accounting team as a Senior Accountant . T he Senior Accountant independently manages general ledger accounting activities, supporting the timely financial close and accurate financial reporting for assigned business units. This role applies advanced accounting knowledge to manage accounting forprepaid and other assets, accrued and other liabilities, leases, facilities, and other general ledger activities while ensuring compliance with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), SEC reporting requirements, and company accounting policies. This position will also supervise completion of other accounting areas, such as cash and intercompany accounting. The position partners with Finance, Operations, Facilities,and external auditors to strengthen financial reporting, internal controls, and operational effectiveness.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $90,000 - $105,000. In addition, highly competitive long-term incentives in the form of company equity, bonus participation and company sponsored benefits are provided as part of the total compensation package. The salary offer will depend on multiple factors which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications, as well as the location of the role.
