Responsibilities

  • Manage general ledger activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
  • Lead and support month-end close processes and financial reporting.
  • Assist with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, cash management, and collections.
  • Maintain inventory and fixed asset records and support physical inventory counts.
  • Prepare financial statements, management reports, and ad hoc analyses.
  • Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
  • Assist with sales tax filings and other regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls.
  • Serve as a technical accounting resource for the department.

This position will partner closely with the Assistant Controller to support the monthly close process, maintain accounting accuracy, and provide technical accounting expertise across the organization.
