Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant for a 9-month contract opportunity in Pine Brook, NJ. You will lead month-end closes, support POC revenue recognition, and analyze general ledger activity to ensure accurate financial reporting for a $50M manufacturing operation.

The role requires strong US GAAP/IFRS knowledge, manufacturing cost accounting expertise, and advanced Excel skills. You will collaborate across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations to improve processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 4+ years of accounting experience, preferably in public accounting and/or manufacturing.
• Experience with manufacturing cost accounting and percentage-of-completion accounting.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP, IFRS, and internal controls.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant for a 9-month contract opportunity with a manufacturing business in Pine Brook, NJ. This role offers the opportunity to support a $50M manufacturing operation, with responsibilities spanning financial reporting, project accounting, revenue recognition, and cost accounting.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting knowledge, manufacturing experience, and a drive to improve accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.

Position Details

• Location: Pine Brook, NJ

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5 days on-site

• Duration: 9-month contract

• Pay Rate: $50–$62 per hour, based on experience
