Accounting Frontier LLC is seeking a Senior Accountant to own the month-end close, drive accurate financial reporting, and act as the primary client contact across engagements.

You will lead core accounting workflows, review junior staff work, and ensure consistent, high-quality financials for multiple client engagements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 4–7 years of accounting experience.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting systems.
• Experience reviewing work and ensuring accuracy.
• CPA or CPA-track preferred.

We’re looking for a highly reliable accountant who can take full ownership of the month-end close process and ensure financials are accurate, consistent, and decision-ready. As a Senior Accountant at Accounting Frontier, you will lead core accounting workflows, review work prepared by junior team members, and serve as a key point of accountability for financial quality.

You will also act as a primary point of contact for clients, managing communication and juggling multiple deliverables across engagements. This role requires strong prioritization, attention to detail, and the ability to keep work moving without compromising accuracy.

This is an ideal role for someone who not only understands accounting mechanics, but also thinks critically about how financials reflect business performance and proactively identifies issues before they escalated.
