Intercompany and accrual accounting experience within a multi-site healthcare organization preferred!

What You’ll Slay (a.k.a. Key Responsibilities):

• Own multiple GLs across a high-growth MSO + medical practices
• Run the month-end show — journal entries, rev rec, account recs, and more
• Drive insight, accuracy, and compliance with a sharp eye for detail (and opportunity)
• Support M&A integration and help shape scalable finance infrastructure
• Partner cross-functionally to bring financial clarity to big decisions

Minimum Qualifications:

• A degree in Accounting (non-negotiable)
• 3+ years of multi-site healthcare finance experience — MSO background is a plus
• A strategic brain with next-level analytical skills
• A startup mindset — agile, adaptable, and hungry to build something meaningful
