About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. This role is essential in supporting the day-to-day accounting operations across multiple companies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting and contributing to ongoing process improvements. The ideal candidate is a proactive, self-starting professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general accounting functions including cash management, fixed assets accounting, accounts payable, revenue recognition, and expense tracking.
• Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy and completeness in the general ledger.
• Assist in the monthly close process, including the consolidation of several entities.
• Reconcile key balance sheet accounts on a regular basis and resolve any discrepancies.
• Support intercompany transactions and ensure proper eliminations during consolidation.
• Prepare financial reports and analysis to support internal and external reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial data.
• Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to streamline accounting operations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and financial statement preparation.
• Experience with consolidations and intercompany accounting.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
