Job summary

LHH US in Minnesota seeks a Senior Accountant to manage a large portfolio within a growing organization. You will lead month-end close, drive analysis, and partner with senior leadership on financial performance.

This onsite role offers high visibility, opportunities for growth, and mentorship, with a supportive leadership team and a family-like culture. CPA is a plus and a strong background in healthcare or senior living preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years accounting experience.
• Full-cycle accounting background.
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
• ERP/accounting systems experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Property management, healthcare, senior living, or public accounting experience preferred.
• CPA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of senior living and healthcare communities.
• Lead month-end close and financial statement preparation.
• Drive budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
• Audit support, lender reporting, and debt compliance.
• Partner with operational leaders on financial performance.
• Monitor cash flow, AR, AP, payroll, and occupancy trends.
• Mentor and support accounting team members.
