Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. / B.S.) from a four-year college or university; CPA preferred.
Experience and/or Training: Two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Construction Industry Experience a strong plus.
Technology/Equipment: Strong Microsoft Suite skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. Sage Intacct, HH2 time reporting, and Procore experience is a plus.
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS:
Language Ability:Ability to read and comprehend documents such as general business periodicals and technical procedures. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, staff, and the general public.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Math Ability: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
