phoenix Pro Connect is conducting a confidential search for two Senior Development Accountants to join a well-established real estate development organization.

These professionals will manage project accounting across the complete development lifecycle—from pre-development and construction through lease-up, stabilization, cost certification, and permanent loan conversion.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage accounting and financial reporting for multiple development projects


• Prepare construction draw packages for lenders, investors, and public funding agencies


• Maintain development budgets, sources-and-uses schedules, contracts, and change orders


• Perform project reconciliations and budget-to-actual analysis


• Track construction costs, commitments, contingencies, loans, equity contributions, and developer fees


• Support project closings, cost certifications, audits, and permanent debt conversions

Preferred qualifications:
