This role is responsible for providing accurate and timely financial reporting, performing essential accounting functions, and relying on judgment and experience to achieve goals.

Month-End Closing

• Validate tenant adjustments, ensure timely bank deposits, and reconcile rent rolls.
• Coordinate with property management for operational issues affecting financial reporting.
• - Work with GC on timely construction billing and monthly site inspections.

Reporting

• Prepare monthly financial reports and statements for manager review.
• Distribute reports to servicers, trustees, and investors.
• Prepare loan reports and year-end packages for auditors.
• Submit monthly draw packages to lenders.

General Ledger Reconciliation

• Analyze financial statements and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Maintain job cost reports and prepare monthly budget vs. actual reconciliations.
• Monthly bank statement and journal entry reconciliation.

Cash Management

• Monitor cash positions and prepare working capital reports.
• Review and approve vendor payables.
• Track development draws and vendor payments.
